I order my son some sweaters from TFashion Mart for christmas,after opening his gift he try them on and noticed that the sweaters run small. I call a TFashion Mart store located in the city of Fontana on either Friday or Saturday
don't recall the exact date, after explaining to the person who answered the telephone from the store that i waned to do an exchange on some sweaters because they were small on the size and i waned to go with a bigger size he or she ask if the the merchandise still had the tags attached i did explain that my son had removed them but I still had them along with my order receipt, with an unprofessional attitude they said NO that i couldn't do an exchange or return the merchandise because the tags were removed, eventhoug i had mentioned i still had the tags and my receipt they just hang the phone
