Return & Refund Policy
At TFashion Mart, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• Original tags attached
• In original packaging
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.
TFashion Mart reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly packaged and shipped.
TFashion Mart is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our warehouse.
International shipping fees, duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
TFashion Mart is not responsible for:
• Customs delays
• Refused international shipments
• Lost or damaged return shipments during international transit
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when returning international orders.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:
• Headwear (Caps, Beanies, Bandanas, Ski Masks)
• Jewelry
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the item to help resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized items
• Personal care products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@tfashionmart.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
TFashion Mart is not responsible for packages that are marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
If a package is lost during transit before delivery confirmation, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions, TFashion Mart uses fraud detection systems to review orders.
Orders flagged as high-risk may be canceled or may require additional verification before shipment.
TFashion Mart reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
Return Abuse & Reserved Rights
We reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, or reject returns from customers due to:
• Excessive return history
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Suspected fraudulent or abusive behavior
Non-TFashion Mart items returned to us will be discarded upon receipt.
