Orders
Placing an order is easy! Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to enter your shipping and payment information. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. In this email, you will receive your tracking number and a direct link to view your shipment's tracking progress. You can also easily track your order from our website by clicking on Track Order page.
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away. There's a small window right after your order is placed to change or cancel, if we are able to catch it before it begins processing in our warehouse.
US addresses are written based on most specific information to least specific information. Addresses consist of:
- The recipient’s first and last name
- Street number and name (address line 1)
- Apartment or unit and its number (address line 2)
- City, state and zip code (include all of this on one line with a comma between city and state, but not zip code)

We may occasionally have a free shipping promotion with or without announcement. Free shipping promotion may end at any time without announcement. Orders eligible for the free shipping promotion will ship via USPS or UPS. Free shipping promotion is only available to 48 contiguous states (and Washington DC) and not available to the non-contiguous states and territories. Returns
We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and in its original packaging. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
