Great thick shirt that resists shrinking I suggest instead of going a size up just get your normal size but maybe in a tall or try your normal size as is since these barely shrink in hot dry cycles after washing so don't have to worry about that as you would with other shirts
Good shirts and resists shrinking.. honestly this is my mistake but I wish Id gotten the 3XL Tall instead since 4XL is pretty baggy on me even after a hot dry cycle after washing its still pretty baggy but that's on me I still like these shirts they last awhile are thick and won't shrink much at all so if your a size 3XL and tired of shirts shrinking down to a 2XL then I'd get a 3XL Tall in this shirt not a 4XL or whatever size you wear you don't have to worry too much about shrinkage it does shrink a tiny amount but it's not noticeable tbh but all in all great shirts lol
