I order 3 pairs of jeans from them. They packaged them together and they arrived. I contacted them and told them I needed a bigger size. They said I have to send the 3 pairs back for a refund but I have to reorder the 3 in the correct size. I thought that was odd because most companies said send them back and we will resend the correct size you need. That is not their policy but I thought oh well ok I will return and reorder their way and hope to get my full refund. I returned the 3 pairs of jeans in the same package as they were shipped to me. As they were not worn, all original tags and returned in the same bag they shipped it to me. I received a refund for ONE pair of jeans ONLY!!! Not 3. They say they can not find the other 2 pairs. WHAT??? They were in the same bag. Of course I did not film myself placing all 3 pairs in the bag so I have no proof. I thought they were a honest company …THEY ARE NOT!! BUYER BEWARE.
